Scouting Report:
Strong guard with excellent 3 point shooting ability. Got whatever he wanted on the floor at the Diamond Midwest Invitational. Also exceptional and creating and getting easy baskets for other players. He can play the point or shooting guard positions equally well. High character as well. A great addition to any team!
-- Diamond Midwest Invitational
Jarelle is a team player and can fit in any system. He is a leader on and off the court, he graduated from North Alabama University with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Marketing (May 2009). He has a great work ethic, and he brings a lot of enthusiasm to the court, and it rubs off on all of the players around him. Jarelle has a great personality which makes it easy for his teammates to get along with him. Versatility is Jarelle's best quality as a player, his jump shooting ability along with his ability to get to the basket makes him a hard player to guard. He can play both guard positions and be productive on the floor. His mid range game is strong, and he moves without the ball very well. He rebounds very well for a guard also. Defensively, jarelle has been labeled the best defender on every team he has been on. He finished top in steal on every team. His ability to guard is excellent, and he is very good at contesting shots. His on ball defense is his best quality; he has the ability to guard taller guards and has the smarts to read passing lanes for steals.
